Or as I like to call it, "How to Stop Chasing Squirrels and Actually Get Something Done."

Because sadly - as I’ve said perhaps once or twice before😉 - many Founders have a unerring tendency to get excited and distracted by the next shiny-shiny they see, and stop doing what they need to do to grow their businesses.
